Dick Lucas receives the Red Sea Award. This was official given by general Bakr El Rashidi, minister president from the Red Sea. Dick received this on behalf of his effort especially with the NAUI organisation to promote higher safety, better education, good conservation of the Red Sea and the dive industry. This award is for showing the special appreciation of the hole Red Sea government.
