• Be a current registered company, i.e., a Customer Advantage Program (CAP) enrollee with NAUI Worldwide or its subsidiary companies or licensees.
• Be a current NAUI Member
• Have express written permissions from NAUI Worldwide or its subsidiary companies or licensees

Additionally your internet/world wide web site must provide at least one of the following features and or information:

• Make mention of NAUI
• Make mention of The National Association of Underwater Instructors
• Have an active link to the official NAUI Internet site or sections within
• Offer any NAUI product or service
• Offer any information for which NAUI is the originating source
